Everything you need to know before booking.

Submit your request with dates and contact info. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send a rental agreement + payment link. A 50% deposit secures your dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: no refund, but we will try to re-book and credit you if possible.
Yes — U.S. auto insurance is not valid in Mexico. Mexican auto insurance is required by law. We recommend purchasing it online before you depart. Many travelers use Baja Bound or MexPro for easy online coverage (roughly $15–$30/day).
All guests need a valid U.S. passport (or passport card). You do NOT need a tourist visa for stays under 72 hours within the border zone, but for longer stays a FMM tourist card may be required. We'll provide current guidance when you book.
We are pet-friendly for dogs under 40 lbs with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Cats and other animals must be approved case-by-case. Please mention pets in your booking request.
